Florenza Residence - Sperlonga

I recently had a wonderful stay in a hotel near the beach and the historical center of Sperlonga. The location was perfect, with stunning sea views and close proximity to the church. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed about the area. The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, including a lovely view of the seaside and well-functioning air conditioning. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the historical center of the town. We loved being able to explore the area easily. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist us with any needs or questions we had. Finally, our room had a lovely view of the seaside, and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and taking in the beautiful scenery. we were impressed with the basic amenities provided in the room, including all the equipment we needed for cooking and a comfortable bed.

The location was fantastic, with the historical center just a short walk away. The private beach and sea view from the apartment were amazing. The owner, senior Luigi, was friendly and gave us all the information we needed about the area. The hotel service was excellent and the staff were always helpful. Plus, the unexpected upgrade to a two-room apartment was a pleasant surprise. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the stunning sea view and the comfortable apartments with well-equipped kitchens. The location was perfect to explore the town easily.

Though the housekeeping service was a bit of a disturbance as they have no option for “do not disturb” sign. Noise insulation was not good, and it could be a significant issue in peak season.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a wonderful time at a hotel by the seaside. the rooms were very cozy and spacious, and we enjoyed the amazing view of the sea from our balcony. One of the best aspects was the fact that sunbeds and umbrellas were available and set up for us on the beach. Another great advantage was the proximity of a supermarket which was just a short walk away.

The noisy surroundings. the days and evenings were quite noisy with numerous kids in the area.

Florenza Residence offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a stay near the historical center of Sperlonga. The hotel's location, close to both the beautiful beaches and the charming church, is simply ideal. Moreover, the rooms provide everything you need for a short or long-term stay, including a lovely sea view and a terrace. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply delicious.
